ISang MaLupit na Putahe! agen and agen!




anu ba talaga meron sa pansit? bakit ba sa tuwing makakakita ako ng handaan o di kiya ng birthday party laging may pansit na naka hain.. anu ba talaga meron dun? eh puro gulay lang naman ang sahog! sabi ng matatanda pampahaba daw ng buhay... siguro may point sila dahil sa mga sahog na gulay. pero totoo ba yun?! KABARBERUHAN lang naman yun eh. paniniwala ng pinoy na baluktot. ahaha..





sandali nga.. panu ba matutunan ang tama at masarap na pagluto ng pansit?





nArito ang paraan ng pagluluto ng isang masarap na pansit.





INGREDIENTS:



2-3 tbsp. canola oil
1/2 can chicken broth
2 hard boiled eggs
2 to 3 crushed garlic cloves
1/4 c. green onions - sliced
2 c. fresh or frozen mixed vegetables in bite-sized pieces - including celery, carrots, green beans and cabbage
1/4 c. diced onions
1/2 lb. pork
1 8 oz. package thin Asian rice noodles
salt
1/2 c. baby shrimp
3 tbsp. soy sauce





STEPS:



1.
Step One
Cut pork into thin slices - about 1-inch long and 1/8-inch thick.

2.
Step Two
Soak noodles in hot tap water for about 5 minutes and drain (or soften noodles according to package directions).
3.
Step Three
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
4.
Step Four
Brown pork, onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
5.
Step Five
Add soy sauce and sauté until pork is completely cooked.
6.
Step Six
Add shrimp and vegetables. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
7.
Step Seven
Remove from heat and set aside half of the pork-vegetable mixture.
8.
Step Eight
Stir noodles into the other half of the pork-vegetable mixture and add 1/2 can of
chicken broth. Mix well.
9.
Step Nine
Add the rest of the vegetable-pork mixture and mix well.
10.
Step Ten
Place pansit on a large platter.

11.
Step Eleven
Top with sliced hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle with green onions.

heto nanaman ako, ako walang masabi.. panu ba naman walang magandang bagay na nangyayari sa akin.. naiirita ka ba? ako din ehh.. di pa kasi ako naliligo, tae. sira kasi yung tubig.. ginagawa pa ni manong tubero. gustong gusto ko na maligo! pahingi ng balde at tabo maliligo na ako sa kalsada. ang init init na kasi ng pakiramdam ko. gus2 ko ng maligo!! pllzzz... let me wash my beautiful body ahahaha!! isa lang sagot diyan ULOL!! ahaha...
